Shipping
Shipping is free for all orders in Ontario and Quebec.
We currently deliver all products to Quebec and Ontario. Our side tables and games are also available Canada-wide. If an item is not available in your region, feel free to reach out at info@mieuxliving.com and we'll do our best to make it happen. We’re building this together, so stay connected as MIEUX continues to grow.
We work with multiple carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can follow your shipment through your account or directly on the carrier’s website.
We recommend being available to receive your order to ensure a safe delivery. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for theft or damage once a package has been dropped off.
Please note that the Tema Dining Table includes White Glove delivery service and requires someone to be present upon delivery. Our logistics team will contact you to schedule a delivery window. If no one is available during the confirmed window, the full return delivery fee will apply.
Standard delivery usually takes 7–10 business days after shipping has been confirmed. Delivery times may vary, and while we do our best to ensure timely arrival, we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays.
Returns
We hope you love your MIEUX pieces, but if something does not work in your home, all items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Packaging
Please retain all original packaging until you’re certain the piece will stay in your home. Returns without the original packaging cannot be accepted.
Condition
All returned items must be in their original state to qualify for a refund or exchange. Please note that natural variations in wood are inherent to the material and are not considered defects and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipment
For all items, customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure there’s no customer‑caused damage and that all original packaging is included as per our return policy. After inspection, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been completed.
Trade
We’re still in our early stages and working with smaller production batches, so we don’t currently offer trade pricing or trade accounts.
